The parking garage offers 415 parking spaces on 12 half levels (split-level design) and a loading area for the trucks of the later built hotel.

The two separate green roofs are completely covered with vegetation and a growing medium, planted over a waterproof membrane. The outside of the parking garage has a Breeam optimized steel facade cladding with two different types of perforations in various colors and settings.
